1. If booking online, you will need to pay the full amount to secure your booking. 

  2. No booking is secure until payment has been made.

  3. All bookings include a 20% non-refundable deposit.

  4. If you are making a group booking and paying a deposit, you must pay the full amount of the booking 28 days before arrival.

Cancellations & Dropped numbers

  1. We cannot offer refunds for bookings cancelled 7 days or less before your arrival date.

  2. It is your responsibility to ensure we are aware of you cancelling.

  3. We cannot offer refunds for less people turning up.

  4. If you plan on cancelling your booking, please let us know why, as we may be able to reschedule your booking.

Check In/Out

  1. Check in is from 15:00-22:00. You must make us aware of your expected arrival time so that we can prepare.

  2. Latest check out is at 10:00.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

  1. It is your responsibility to ensure that we are aware of and can cater for any guests in your party that have dietary requirements or allergies. Letting us know the day before/on the morning may be too late, which will result in members of your party going hungry.

Breakfast & The Kitchen

  1. Breakfast can be served until 09:30 but we will arrange a time with you the night before. If you are here to dive, then breakfast will be served with the tide.

  2. No guest should be in the kitchen whilst Breakfast is being cooked for guests by The Bunker Staff.

  3. The Kitchen is open between the hours of 06:00-23:00. No guests can cook in the kitchen outside of these times.

  4. If you use the kitchen, you must ensure it is left clean and tidy with all washing up done and put away.

Key Collection

  1. Your key will be in the door of your allocated room/s. Please leave your key in the door on your departure, any lost keys will incur a £10 fee each.


  1. There is no parking at The Bunker but there is plenty of free parking within a 2 minute radius of us. We have no right of way on the road next to The Bunker which has been used in the past so please be aware you will be trespassing if you use this road.


  1. If you damage The Bunker and its contents in anyway, you will incur the cost of repair/replacement.

Shellfish & Re-breather Granules

  1. Shellfish and Re-Breather Granules cannot be disposed of at The Bunker. You must take these with you when you leave.


  1. If you are unhappy with your stay for any reason, then you must make The Bunker staff aware during your visit and give them adequate time to try and remedy the situation. If you are still unhappy after this, then please send us your complaint in writing. We do ask that you don't leave us bad reviews online, out of the blue, without giving us the opportunity to try and fix the issue first.


We reserve the right to ask any guests to leave The Bunker at any time without the offer of a refund.
